Japan Hour (which is what I'm watching now) is quite amusing. The unearthly, primitive (ew) sounds they make when they're sampling some exotic Japanese food! And the way they talk really fast in Japanese.
Guy 1:" seshun ilikso nichiro meso haikin oia oga obitorira oomsedesdo pingaraelo dfnsdjlfnzjsdfng xdfg ncmfnclbf mnb gnbx.f, flfnbm.c x gn/n gmfgfc (blah blah blah) ...
ooooooohhga!"
Guy 1 eats the tabiruto niesosusame ichibouriatessema nairotoahago (which I believe is just the long Japanese name for blowfish)
Guy 1: "mmmmm! ooooohhhhgaa! ooommmmm! woooaaaoohhhh!"
They are so cute, they can even make eating blowfish (which is supposed to be lethal) fun.
These people keep me smiling (: Icky I can't stand my cutesy writing nowadays. But I can't help it! The way they smile makes me happy inside!
Anyway today we had the very last ISO meeting. One day I will miss those tedious hours spent poring over copious data, the draggy meetings in the freezing library, the annoying weather console and how we had to check it every week.... but that day is probably not going to be anytime soon.
And after that- lunch with NASA at Pepper Lunch at Taka, I went home early like I always do.
(P.S. Japan Hour is back on again! The way they cry and sigh over fresh fish at the market- it's like they are seeing shining visions from the stars above or something. I love that show).
